This medication is intended to be taken orally. It is taken at bedtime. Do not take Zolpidem if you do not have at least 7-8 hours for sleeping. Never double the dosage of this medicine.

What dose should be taken?

For women, the usual dose is 5mg, taken at bedtime.

The usual dose for men is 5-10mg.

Side Effects
