What are Sinus + Cold Tablets?

Therapeutic Class:

Active Ingredients: Paracetamol, Phenylephrine HCl, Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Sinus + Cold Tablets (Paracetamol + Phenylephrine HCl + Chlorpheniramine Maleate) are a combination drug used to temporarily relieve symptoms commonly associated with the common cold, allergies, the flu, or a sinus infection. This medicine helps reduce pain and fever and relieves a runny nose and itchy, watery eyes.

SinuCold™ Tablets combines a pain reliever, decongestant, and antihistamine. Each tablet contains three active ingredients: paracetamol, phenylephrine HCl, and chlorpheniramine maleate.

Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, is classified as an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by reducing certain chemicals that are responsible for pain and inflammation in the body.

Phenylephrine HCl is a decongestant. It is classified as a sympathomimetic amine that works as a vasoconstrictor. It narrows blood vessels, which helps reduces swelling, itching, and discomfort.

Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that works by blocking acetylcholine, which relieves symptoms such as a runny nose and watery eyes. It is also known by the name chlorpheniramine.

AdvaCare Pharma's Paracetamol + Phenylephrine HCl + Chlorpheniramine Maleate Tablets are manufactured in facilities located in China, India, and the USA. We routinely inspect our production facilities to ensure our products meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
