Mitomycin C for Injection is an antineoplastic and antitumor antibiotic drug. It is derived from the microorganism, Streptomyces caespitosus. This drug works by binding the cancer cell's DNA together, which means that the cell cannot divide, and the cancer cells cannot grow further.
