What is Levothyroxine?

Therapeutic Class:

Active Ingredients: Levothyroxine Sodium

Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets are a hormone replacement drug used to treat hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland). It is given when a patient's thyroid is not producing enough thyroxine. This medication may be prescribed for the treatment or prevention of goiter associated with hormone imbalance, surgery, or cancer.

Levothyroxine is a synthetic T4 hormone. This hormone increases the metabolic rate, regulates the growth of body cells, and balances the function of the thyroid gland.

AdvaCare Pharma is a trusted global exporter of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets. This medicine is produced in our GMP-certified facilities in China, India, and the USA. These facilities are routinely audited to ensure they comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
