Cloperastine Syrup is an anti-cough drug used to relieve dry or unproductive cough. It helps reduce the intensity and frequency of coughing. This cough suppressant is suitable for adults and children over the age of 2. Cloperastine has both antitussive and antihistamine properties, and it may cause drowsiness.
Cloperastine is classified as diphenylmethane with antihistamine and antitussive properties. It suppresses coughing by inhibiting the cough reflex.

What dose should be taken?
For adults, the usual dose is 7.5ml of syrup in the morning and afternoon and 15ml in the evening.
For children, the usual dose is 3.75ml in the morning and afternoon, and 7ml in the evening.
