Precautions

You are taking any other medicines, especially other antimalarial medicines, anti-psychotics, azole antifungals, clomipramine, fluoroquinolone antibiotics, imipramine, or macrolide antibiotics.
You are using carbamazepine, efavirenz, enzalutamide, hydantoins, mefloquine, nevirapine, phenobarbital, primidone, rifamycins.
You are taking hormonal birth control.
